SoftWash 707 is a locally operated exterior cleaning company serving homes, businesses, property managers, farms, ranches, rural properties, and commercial properties throughout Humboldt County and the surrounding North Coast.

Humboldt County is our primary service area, but we're also available for qualifying projects in Del Norte, Trinity, and Mendocino counties.

We're based in Southern Humboldt, but our service area doesn't stop there.

Our work regularly takes us throughout the county, and we're happy to travel farther for projects that make sense for both our customers and our crew.

Yes, we travel north.

SoftWash 707 serves Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville, Trinidad, Blue Lake, and surrounding Northern Humboldt communities.

Residential and commercial projects in the Humboldt Bay area are an important part of our service territory.

Southern Humboldt

Southern Humboldt is home.

We serve Redway, Garberville, Miranda, Myers Flat, Phillipsville, Whitethorn, Shelter Cove, and surrounding rural communities.

Properties here can present their own cleaning challenges, including heavy tree cover, steep terrain, long driveways, private roads, moss, seasonal debris, and buildings surrounded by dense vegetation.

We're comfortable working on the kinds of properties that make rural Humboldt unique.

SoftWash 707 works with farmers, ranchers, homesteads, acreage owners, rural businesses, and property owners living outside traditional city limits.

Del Norte, Trinity & Mendocino County Projects

Our primary service area is Humboldt County, but the county line doesn't necessarily stop us.

We may travel into Del Norte County, Trinity County, Mendocino County, and other surrounding North Coast areas depending on the location and scope of the project.

Because longer-distance service involves additional travel and operating time, these projects generally make the most sense for larger jobs, commercial properties, multiple services, or several cleaning needs combined into one visit.
