The price ranges shown in the menu below are initial estimates based on standard property types. Because we utilize Flat-Rate Pricing, your final quote is determined by the square footage and the specific condition (moss/algae levels) of the surfaces. We use measurements to ensure you pay for the result and expertise, not the hour. For properties over 5,000 sq. ft., please use the largest option and disclose any additional information below so we can provide a custom high-capacity quote.

Service Disclosures & Terms
Water Access: Customer agrees to provide access to an on-site working water spigot with standard pressure.
Property Prep: Please ensure all windows/doors are tightly shut and move outdoor electronics or furniture away from the work area.
Safety: We utilize a "Pre-Wet and Post-Rinse" method for landscaping. Pets and family must remain indoors until surfaces are dry.
Surface Condition: SoftWash 707 is not responsible for pre-existing damage or color variations (like sun-fading) that become visible once dirt and moss are removed.
Cancellation/Weather: Please provide 48-hour notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions (high winds/heavy rain).
Insurance: SoftWash 707 is fully insured with liability coverage.
