ABOUT SOFTWASH 707
Local Exterior Cleaning Built for the North Coast
SoftWash 707 is a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company serving Humboldt County and communities throughout the North Coast.
Owned and operated by Garrett Gradin, SoftWash 707 provides professional soft washing, pressure washing, roof moss removal, house washing, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning, exterior window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, chimney cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning.
Living and working in Humboldt means we understand what our wet North Coast climate can do to a property. Moss-covered roofs, algae and mildew on siding, clogged gutters, stained concrete, and organic buildup are problems we see every day.
Our goal is simple: provide dependable service, use the appropriate cleaning method for each surface, and leave properties looking their best.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help homeowners, businesses, property managers, and HOAs protect and maintain their properties through professional exterior cleaning and preventative maintenance.
We believe good service starts with clear communication, straightforward estimates, careful work, and respect for the customer's property.
From a single house wash to extensive roof moss removal or ongoing commercial property maintenance, we approach every project with the same goal:
Do the job safely. Do it properly. Deliver results we're proud to put the SoftWash 707 name on.
WHY SOFT WASHING?
Not every exterior surface should be cleaned with high pressure.
Soft washing combines low-pressure application with professional cleaning solutions to treat organic growth such as moss, algae, mildew, and other buildup. It's especially useful for surfaces where excessive pressure may cause unnecessary damage.
For harder surfaces such as concrete, we use professional pressure washing and surface-cleaning equipment when appropriate.
Rather than using one cleaning method everywhere, SoftWash 707 chooses the appropriate process based on the material, condition, and needs of the property.
