For many properties, we can use a purified-water cleaning system with specialized brushes and extension poles, allowing us to clean exterior glass from the ground without unnecessarily placing ladders against the building.

Purified water contains very little of the dissolved mineral content found in ordinary tap water. After the glass is properly cleaned and rinsed, the purified water can dry naturally without leaving the same mineral residue associated with untreated water.

Hard-water deposits, mineral staining, scratches, oxidation, failed window seals, and permanent glass damage may remain visible after standard exterior window cleaning. Some conditions require specialized restoration or may not be removable through cleaning.

If something appears to be more than ordinary exterior buildup, we'll let you know rather than promising that standard cleaning will remove something it can't.
