2. What You’re Signing Up For

By checking the “Yes, keep me posted!” box on our website or booking form, you agree to receive from Soft Wash 707 (via email, SMS/text, or phone call):

  • Promotional Offers & Discounts: Seasonal deals, referral bonuses, package specials.

  • Service Reminders & Updates: Appointment confirmations, weather-related reschedules, prep instructions.

  • Company News: Service expansions, new service launches, important policy changes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Email Address: To send newsletters, appointment details, and occasional offers.

  • Mobile Number: To send friendly text or MMS reminders and promos (A2P-compliant).

  • Name & Service Address: To personalize your communications and ensure accuracy.

We do NOT share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. All data is stored securely and used solely by Soft Wash 707.

  • Phone Calls: Reply STOPCALL via text, or email us at info@softwash707.com with “Stop Calls” in the subject.

Once we receive your request, we’ll process it within 2 business days. You’ll still get transactional messages (e.g. billing receipts, required service notifications) unless you expressly withdraw all consent.

We may update this Opt-In Policy occasionally (for new laws or features). We’ll post the revised date at the top and send a notification to your preferred channel if anything significant changes.
