END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and Soft Wash 707 (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”), governing your use of the Soft Wash 707 software and related services (“Software” or “Service”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

• Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.

• Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable laws.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with Soft Wash 707.

4. Updates

We may provide updates or modifications to the Software, which are subject to this Agreement unless otherwise specified.

5. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Wash 707 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
